How long does a transfer take?
Mobile money payouts usually complete in about two minutes. Cash pickup takes around twenty minutes and bank deposits up to ninety minutes depending on the destination bank.
What does it cost?
Fees start at 0.6% of the amount sent with a 1.50 minimum, and the exact fee is displayed on the quote before you confirm.
Which deposit methods can I use?
Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa) and bank transfers.
Why do you need my ID?
Identity and address verification are legal requirements for money transmission and they unlock higher sending limits on your account.
Can I cancel a transfer?
A transfer can be cancelled while it is still in the submitted state. Once it is confirmed with the payout partner it can no longer be recalled.
